A One 2 One
Pilates session is the most effective way to learn, practice and
perfect your Pilates performance. You will have devoted undivided
attention to your specific needs and we will develop a custom program
for optimum results.
These sessions are held either at our
studio in Uxbridge or in the studio at Ruislip Physiotherapy Centre. We
will take you through a postural assessment and then design a specific
Pilates programme for you, which will include matwork and equipment
exercises. You will also be given a detailed description of the
exercises, enabling you to practice Pilates at home in your own time.
I am often asked the question should I do One 2 One
or group classes? If you have a lower back, neck or any spinal problem,
shoulder, knee or any other medical condition, you should not
participate in large group classes unless specified in writing by your
medical professional.
Here at Pilatesfit we offer group classes
of various levels from clinical to advanced. We hold small group
classes at Ruislip Physiotherapy Centre for maximum of 4 people to
larger group classes held at Health and Fitness locations throughout
London (please see timetable).
