Pilates saw his technique as a mind and body conditioning system, to
establish complete co-ordination of body, mind and spirit.
Pilates will help
develop core stability, balance, and control, improved breathing, body
awareness and a general overall well-being. It is used by therapists in
the early stages of rehabilitation, through to athletes, dancers and
sports professionals, to enhance performance and injury prevention.
Pilates has
totally transformed my life, allowing me to move freely again without
